Responsibilities
  • Provide top-tier technical support to Finnish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve diverse technical issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Clearly articulate solutions and guide clients through the resolution process.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and changes to accurately assist clients.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to maintain high service standards.
  • Engage in training sessions and skill development to improve your technical capabilities.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Finnish (both spoken and written) with outstanding communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in a technical support or customer service position is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
