Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative, based in Greece, with 2 months of paid hotel accommodation included! If you’re looking for a rewarding role in customer service while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Greece, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you will engage primarily with Dutch-speaking customers, helping them with their inquiries and providing effective solutions to ensure a seamless experience. Not only will you develop your professional skills, but you will also immerse yourself in a vibrant culture.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about the company’s products and services while addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and professional service.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the company system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on company offerings and policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Follow established guidelines to ensure compliance and quality in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in customer support is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable working environment
  • A positive, adaptable attitude with a desire to learn and grow
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece for the duration of the contract
