Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively and professionally.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions and provide after-sales support.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Share valuable insights and customer feedback with management to drive improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of effective customer service processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (native level) and proficient in English.
  • Experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
