What Will You Do?

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the key contact for customers, handling their inquiries and resolving issues through phone, email, and chat. You will focus on delivering high-quality after-sales support, assisting customers with questions about products and handling any issues related to orders. This is not just a basic customer service role—you’ll be solving real challenges and making a meaningful impact with every interaction.

Even though this is a remote position, you will be part of an international team with full support, including comprehensive training and ongoing assistance to ensure your success.
