Introduction:

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from conception through completion. • Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to negotiate trade-offs, balance technical and customer-facing needs, and deliver crisp and clear communication to ensure alignment or escalation as needed.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Diving deep to solve problems. Data, logs, system documentation, design, etc.
  • Engage in architecture conversations and peer around corners to help teams understand the implications of design decisions.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical concepts into understandable terms.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
  • Implement and evangelize Agile values and principles, coaching teams on Agile culture and techniques.
  • Mentor and coach team members on best practices in program and project management.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or higher or equivalent technical experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working in Software development, with at least 6+ years of proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in a fast-paced software engineering environment. Start-up experience preferred.
