Your missions

Wundermart is on the lookout for a new specialist to join our customer support team on the weekends! Are you looking for a new opportunity in a one-of-a-kind scale-up? We might have something for you!


What you will do.

You will be responding to the incoming inquiries from our customers, as well as identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction during the weekend and public holidays. Using Hubspot as your main platform you’re responsible for providing accurate, valid and complete information. Your empathy level is above average, seeing you are dealing with our customer where something is not going as it should. You will keep records of customer interactions and follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Finally, you will be willing to take the extra mile to positively engage our customers.


Key responsibilities.

  • Support tickets – helping our customers to timely solve any issue they might be facing; providing updates to customers, maintaining a high level of CS satisfaction and low response time
  • Proactively reaching out to customers
  • Troubleshooting of application errors


What you can bring.

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
  • Great communication skills and is fluent in English, any other languages are a plus
  • Solid experience in handling large volumes of calls and messages from customers using a customer support ticketing system
  • Strong affinity with internet technologies and a solid understanding of enterprise resource planning technology
  • An innovative mind, has strong problem-solving skills and is able to adapt to new procedures while dealing with a lot of support requests and challenges.
  • Loves to provide assistance and gains a sense of achievement when helping customers to solve a problem at hand
  • Location anywhere in the EU.
