Position Available: Australia Property & Real Estate Associate
Location: Remote; Sri Lanka based
Hours: Full-time; 5:30am - 1:30pm, IST Colombo time

Are you an experienced Australian Property & Real Estate Associate seeking an exciting opportunity to progress your career? We are hiring this role to join our growing workforce at Elephant Teams.

Your main responsibilities & experience:

• Excellent Communication Skills: You are a strong communicator and can communicate effectively with all parties in the real estate industry. This includes sales agents, sales offices, leasing managers, and other third parties with whom you want to get information and build relationships.
• Experience in Australian Real Estate: You will be trained in the analytics of finding, assessing and sourcing great properties in Australia. Ideal to date you have experience in the sector so training will be easier.
• Client Management: You are able to organise your time effectively, and work independently. When you have client queries, you are organised, systematic and professional in reaching out to clients to get what you need.
• Marketing: You ideally have a keen interest in learning marketing tactics and being involved in this area of business. 

What your profile will look like:

• Must have - a minimum of 2+ years experience: Demonstrable experience in Australian Real Estate Management. This can be as an assistant, property manager or real estate assistant.
• Must have - strong communication Skills: Fluent written & oral English skills is a must. You will need to feel comfortable speak with Sales and Leasing agents 
• Must have - accountability & great attitude: Ability to work under minimal supervision and a sense of responsibility towards the work entrusted.
• Preferred - Australian client experience: Experience working for Australian companies or clients would be an added advantage
