We are currently looking for a  Process Owner ready to join our adventure.

What you will be doing
  • Workflow Development: Expertise in designing and implementing advanced, scalable, and efficient monitoring and control processes, adaptable to evolving technologies and business requirements. Embraces disruptive innovation by leveraging emerging capabilities such as AI to drive continuous improvement and transformation.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making:  Leveraging advanced data analytics to evaluate process performance, uncover insights, and identify opportunities for optimisation while ensuring efficient and transparent process reporting to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Proactive Issue Identification: Designing processes that not only respond to incidents but also predict and prevent potential issues through trend analysis and predictive analytics.

  • Integration with Existing Systems: Ensuring seamless integration of new processes with existing systems and workflows, minimising disruptions while maximising operational efficiency and performance.

  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/Run Books: Developing comprehensive SOPs and Run Books for monitoring, incident response, remediation, reporting, and escalation protocols, ensuring consistent, reliable, and efficient operations across all processes.

  • Compliance and Governance: Implementing processes that adhere to industry regulations (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR) and internal governance policies, ensuring all activities are audit-ready.

  • Comprehensive Documentation: Maintaining up-to-date documentation of all processes, procedures, and configurations to support training and ensure business continuity.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Working closely with development, operations, security, and business teams to ensure monitoring processes support overall organizational objectives.

Skills you should have
  • Knowledge of Process Improvement Frameworks: Familiarity with frameworks like ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies) or ISO standards relevant to IT service management and quality control.

  • Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in using process management tools to design, monitor, and optimize workflows. Experience with BPMN software, workflow automation platforms, and task management systems to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure alignment with business objectives—the ability to assess and implement the most appropriate tools to drive continuous process improvement and scalability.

  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage process improvement projects, including planning, resource allocation, execution, and monitoring.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding how regulations impact process design and ensuring that all processes facilitate compliance.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Fluent English
