Lime is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Applications team within the Information Technology business unit. In this role, you will report into the Business Intelligence Manager and will drive data-driven decisions while contributing to both Lime and your success through the power of analytics.

What you'll do: Develop complex SQL transformations to create beautifully designed and widely used data modelsPartner with integration engineers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop technical specifications for ETLs, including design documentationContribute to and leverage the BI and Data engineering best practices while setting up Data pipelines, views/tables and dashboards Oversee team's analysis to ensure data and insights shared are accurate and informativeCollaborate on the implementation and adoption of a data exploration tool company-wide Define, develop, and maintain critical business and operational reports which are reviewed on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basisCreate detailed reports and dashboards that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels and provide actionable insights to drive decision-makingAbout you: 5+ years of experience in a Data or BI Analyst role with advanced knowledge of Tableau and experience building optimized and visually appealing dashboards Demonstrated blend of experience in data analysis and process improvement, with a bias for action and customer first mindset Expertise in architecting and implementing efficient data models and data warehousing solutionsExtensive knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and data warehousingExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. With a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and/or solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally, as neededStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and drive decision makingAbility to work independently with demonstrated time management capabilities and the ability to execute on multiple concurrent deliverablesBe known for successfully bridging analytics and business teams, with an ability to speak the language of both
Preferred Experience
Supply Chain and/or accounting/finance domain knowledgeExperience with building reports, dashboards, and presentations to highlight key metrics to partners in different functions and levelsTechnical experience with SQL any BI/data visualization tool, and PythonThe anticipated salary range for this position is CA$ 73,000 - CA$ 119,000. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s location of residence, the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
