Job Summary:

JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the development, implementation and coordination of full life cycle recruitment strategies and processes designed to attract, hire, and retain top talent while leading the Talent Acquisition Team. This position is directly responsible for the employee lifecycle stages of sourcing, attraction and hiring. Additionally, this position will be responsible for recruiting metrics and analytics, leading and partnering with HR and business peers on projects and supporting the organization in meeting business objectives. Professionals in this position need strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills in their work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a team of Recruiters, Team Leads, Sourcing Specialists, and/or Talent Acquisition Coordinators, providing guidance and support in their daily activities while also performing management duties including but not limited to, hiring and terminating, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, as well as recruiter performance and productivity.
  • Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department.
  • Develop and implement policies and programs as needed; may have budgetary insight in responsibility in partnership with senior TA leadership.
  • Ensure functional team effectively executes the full cycle recruitment process, including creative sourcing, resume evaluation, and candidate screening for their functional recruitment.  Monitor requisition volume in partnership with recruiters and assigns activity to team members based on capacity, expertise, skill level, and more.
  • Support the development and execution of team goals and objectives aligned with the organization’s strategic initiatives.
  • Generates and analyzes reports to support business needs, monitor and track team productivity, partner with Human Resource peers, and report out to Talent Acquisition Director and Senior Director while also creating strategic recruiting plans to meet hiring demands.
  • Evaluate labor market data, internal analytics, business intel and HR partnerships create strategic recruiting initiatives to manage and lead efforts to identify, attract, and hire top talent. 
  • Partners with senior management and service delivery to inform and influence business leaders in client areas on key talent acquisition issues, actions and strategies.  Interpret business requirements and translate the into successful recruitment solutions.
  • Lead projects across Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and the business.  Be able to drive decision making, outcomes, and ensure project team meets deadlines.  Have ability to work closely with peers on projects.
  • Demonstrates in-depth understanding and ability to manage team members to company policies and CREDO behaviors.  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understand of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and employer branding strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Workday and other recruitment platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and generate actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
