About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The Healthcare Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in various healthcare positions, including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.


What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews, to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for specific positions.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and support to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, including scheduling, preparation, and debriefing.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer negotiations between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track progress and facilitate future placements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal team members to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Meet and exceed recruitment targets and performance metrics to contribute to the overall success of the team and organization.
