WHAT YOU’LL DO:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Learning, Development, and Culture Manager to join our high-growth, remote organization. Reporting to the Director of Talent Management and Culture, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and scaling training programs across the entire talent lifecycle, as well as fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture. This role is pivotal in establishing and enhancing our L&D offerings from the ground up, ensuring they are effective and scalable for our remote workforce.

You will be involved in everything from onboarding to senior leader development and will play a crucial role in shaping and sustaining our organizational culture.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Program Development and Implementation
    • Design, build, and scale comprehensive training programs for the entire talent lifecycle, with a focus on onboarding, manager development, and executive leadership development in Year One.
    • Develop a standardized onboarding process to ensure a consistent, engaging, and thorough introduction for all new hires.
    • Create and manage leadership development programs to cultivate the next generation of leaders within the organization.
    • Enhance executive leadership development to develop ‘General Managers’ for our business departments.
    • Support employees in acquiring new skill sets during reorganizations and large-scale initiatives.
    • Identify and implement best practices for scaling learning and engagement in a remote work environment.
    • Assess needs for in-house development versus partnering with external vendors to deliver high-quality training programs.
    • Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with external vendors to supplement in-house learning and development efforts.
  2. Digital Learning:
    • Increase engagement with existing digital learning tools (i.e. LinkedIn Learning).
    • Source and implement a Learning Management System (LMS) that aligns with the organization's needs.
    • Develop and manage digital learning content that is accessible and engaging for a remote workforce.
    • Utilize gamification techniques to enhance learner engagement and motivation.
  3. Talent Consulting and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Partner with HRBP’s as the internal learning consultant to assess learning and development needs.
    • Work with team leaders to build customized solutions for their team-level issues, and help teams function at the highest developmental level.
    • Personally deliver trainings and train others to present engaging trainings.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of L&D initiatives with overall business objectives.
  4. Measurement and Evaluation:
    • Use analytics to drive learning outcomes and initiatives, following a systematized approach to training evaluation
    • Constantly improve and innovate learning outcomes and behavioral change by soliciting feedback from participants, measuring impact, researching industry best practices, and making trainings as interactive and engaging as possible.
    • Develop metrics to track the effectiveness of training programs and report on progress to senior leadership.
  1. Culture & Communications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional culture team to effectively deliver culture and employee engagement programs and initiatives
  • Support the development and implementation of DEI strategies to enhance the employee experience and drive meaningful change within the organization.
  • Support on employee climate survey projects, such as launching surveys, data analysis, and action planning 
  • Build engagement with and liaise with Culture Cabinet to maximize partnership opportunities
  • Support the development and execution of HR communications strategy in collaboration with Enterprise and HR communications goals including planning, content development (e.g., writing and editing), and execution of HR communications and presentations
  • Enable successful culture initiatives through effective project management, such as creating project plans, monitoring and tracking milestones, managing toward deadlines, etc. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Five (5) or more years of progressive experience in Learning and Development.
  • Experience in a professional services or hyper growth environment strongly preferred
  • Solid project management skillset ability to prepare, analyze and lead the planning and delivery of complex tasks and projects
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, ability to problem-solve, and prioritize important, competing projects
  • Self-starter with the ability to work virtually and independently; Strong desire to grow personally and professionally
  • Strong understanding of remote learning methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with digital learning tools (e.g., LMS, LinkedIn Learning)
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite
