JOB SUMMARY

Storyblok is seeking a dedicated 'Partner Marketing Manager' to drive growth through strategic partnerships in the EMEA region. As an individual contributor, you will focus on developing and executing effective joint marketing programs with existing strategic partners. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand partner needs, and create mutually beneficial marketing initiatives will be essential for success in this role. You will play a key role in driving new logo demand and supporting our sales efforts through targeted partner marketing activities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Partner Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a strategic partner marketing plan for the EMEA region, aligned with overall business objectives. Identify and prioritize with your sales stakeholders’ key strategic partners based on their potential to drive growth and market reach. Create and execute targeted joint marketing programs that deliver measurable results. Develop a quarterly 6-month rolling plan outlining key marketing activities, expected outcomes, and resource allocation.

Partner Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing strategic partners. Collaborate closely with partner sales teams to identify joint marketing opportunities and align efforts. Provide guidance and support to partners in developing and executing their own marketing programs. Ensure alignment between partner marketing activities and overall business objectives. Measure and analyze partner marketing performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Marketing Campaign Execution: Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including content marketing, email marketing, and events. Measure campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI. Provide feedback to partners on campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Regional Expertise and Market Insights: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the EMEA market, including cultural nuances, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Adapt marketing strategies to regional preferences and market dynamics. Build relationships with local industry influencers and media outlets to enhance visibility and thought leadership.

Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data analytics to track and measure partner marketing performance. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress towards goals. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and operations. Ensure alignment between partner marketing activities and overall company initiatives.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certifications in marketing or digital marketing are a plus
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B partner marketing, with a focus on the EMEA region
  • Strong understanding of the technology industry and partner ecosystems
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and measure performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners
  • Proficiency in additional languages within the region (e.g., English, German, Swedish) is a plus
  • Ability to adapt marketing strategies to different market conditions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passion for building strong partnerships and driving business growth
