Career Opportunities: Senior Functional Consultant - D365 (2522) at Intrepid Travel

As a Senior Functional Consultant – D365, you’ll play an important role in the global Finance Systems Support team, driving product improvements and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365). You’ll lead functional improvements to enhance consistency, productivity and efficiencies.  

With your expertise, you’ll help implement best practice D365 solutions, handle D365 incident management and conduct proactive monitoring, ensuring seamless integration. You’ll also provide specialised product support within the Finance Systems Support team. 

This is a full-time permanent position, where you will work in our office in New Delhi, India. To provide the best experience for our people, this role would operate in our office with the opportunity to work from home occasionally.     

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

• Degree in Information Systems or Accounting   

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including direct experience in configuration 

• 5+ years’ experience as a Functional Consultant, with experience in ERP system support 

• Experience in at least two D365 implementations, with a track record of successful D365 configurations 

• Certifications such as MB-300 and MB-310 (Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Functional Consultant Associate)
