Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, and order statuses
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints with professionalism
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our system
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service quality
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service
