WHAT YOU’LL DO
We’re looking for a Speech Pathologist, ideally with NDIS experience, to support and provide clinical supervision to our multidisciplinary team in Ballarat. In this role, you’ll manage your own caseload while working with NDIS clients in community settings, such as homes, schools, and day programs.

You will play a key role in developing our speech pathology services while also managing a personalised caseload that aligns with your interests. Enjoy the flexibility to organise your appointments and work from either home or our local office, with strong support for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • You have current SPA Registration (or pending)
  • You have full Australian working rights (or pending)
  • You have prior experience in community, private or acute settings.
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s license
  • You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
