Metal Application Leader - India (m/f/d)

Your Mission
As a Metal Application Leader of the Application & Consultant Team, your objective is to achieve the company targets through work in Technical Service.
• Overall supervisory role of the India Metal Application Team
• Alignment with Sales strategy and execution to achieve revenue targets.
• Train and enable Internal and external technical engineers and sales partners in the EOS Product portfolio.
• Train and handhold customers on Metal machine technology
• Identify target industries and develop applications, business cases and resources required.
• Actively contribute to Sales through technical sales support, tender specifications definition etc.
• Coordinate Business Case analysis, CPP evaluation, Bench Marking activities between regions to achieve the best results.
• Continued self-development and to be recognized as AM expert and thought leader
• Support India / APAC to achieve revenue, Ebit and Opex targets
Your Talents
• University degree in mechanical engineering or metal material
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in additive manufacturing out of which minimum of 3 years of experience in Metal Powderbed Fusion focusing on Processes and Materials
• Experience in the implementation of consulting projects.
• Solid experience as a project or subproject manager, ideally with budget responsibility.
• Excellent understanding of the link between business requirements and the use of manufacturing technologies in a production environment.
• Expertise with AM related software such as Magics, nTopology etc is a plus
• Basic knowledge in 3D modeling and Strength Analysis topics.
• IT knowledge (PC, MS-Windows, MS-Office).
• Ability to work independently and being self-driven is a must.
• You stand out due to very good analysis and excellent customer management skills.
• You pave the way for innovation and characterized by a high willingness to question and improve solutions and processes on the customer’s site.
