Role Overview
We are looking for an exceptional Lead Developer to head the full development of our application, ensuring the project meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. This role requires a technical expert with strong backend skills in NodeJS, TypeScript, Postgres, OpenSearch, and AWS. Additionally, you must possess leadership qualities to inspire, coordinate, and unite cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and designers.
Requirements
7+ years in Software development, with at least 2-3 years in a lead role managing full projects.
Proficiency in NodeJS and TypeScript for backend development.
Deep understanding of Postgres database design and optimisation.
Experience with OpenSearch or similar search solutions & Familiarity with AWS services, including deployment and management.
Experience working in the crypto space, particularly with trading platforms or related technologies.
