Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable automated workflows that align with our business goals.
Build and deploy solutions using Zapier and other low-code platforms, integrating with existing systems and APIs.
Develop systems to monitor and analyze workflow performance, identifying areas for improvement and proactively addressing issues.
Stay abreast of emerging automation technologies and trends to identify opportunities for further innovation.

Requirements

A proven track record of automating complex processes using Zapier and other low code tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a product engineering mindset.
Proficiency in agile development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
Familiarity with APIs, data manipulation, and system integrations.
Ability to write scripts or basic code in a relevant language (e.g., JavaScript, Python) as needed.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
Experience with database building is a plus.
