Your missions

 

AGEISS will be hiring a Human Resources Manager to provide full time support for AGEISS Inc’s headquarters and Federal sector programs as a remote position. 

 JOB DESCRIPTION: 

  • Negotiate, maintain, and administer all employee benefits.
  • Negotiate, maintain, and administer all risk management and worker’s compensation insurance policies.
  • Negotiate, maintain, and administer all AGEISS insurance policies (GL, PL, Fiduciary, D&O, Auto, Umbrella, ERISA Bond).
  • Negotiate rent, phone systems, maintenance, utilities, and other items for AGEISS offices as well as office moves.
  • Oversight of Secretary of State licensing for the Company in multi states.
  • Create/update and implement Human Resources SOPs for AGEISS and related SOPs.
  • Conduct salary surveys and analyze employee compensation. 
  • Manage employee relations such as disciplinary issues, terminations, company functions, and employee report or complaint investigation.  
  • Manage, maintain, and administer all personnel security DoD and DOE clearances.
  • Manage, maintain, and administer AGEISS’ Facility clearance activity and audits.
  • Manage and administer Insider Threat Awareness annual audits and Plan.
  • Oversight of recruiting, new hire onboarding, and the SkillBridge Program for interns.
  • Prepare, track, and manage paperwork for FMLA, COBRA, Short Term and Long-Term Disability and worker’s compensation. 
  • Create and maintain employee training programs through Trakstar software.
  • Ensure all Company HR related policies are applied consistently.
  • Oversight of accurate offer letters and relocation agreements, employment verification, background, and reference checks.
  • Prepare and maintain an Affirmative Action Program and ensure compliance.
  • Oversight of preparation and maintenance of accurate job descriptions.
  • Oversight of tracking and maintaining driving records and insurance of employees that drive for AGEISS.
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with multi state and federal laws.
  • Oversight of audit for all insurance statements and payments.
  • Ensure appropriate distribution of personnel evaluations including salary adjustments which are to be communicated to accounting in a timely manner and filed in personnel files.
  • Oversight of out-processing terminating employees as needed.
  • Oversight of Service Contractors Act (SCA) and submission of SCA employee’s payroll calculations for vacation, sick and H&W payments. 
  • Ensure continuous communication with staff regarding Human Resource information and changes.
  • Maintain, administer, and audit the 401(k) to include employee participation, education, annual census to ensure accuracy, 5500 information and work with outside auditors annually.
  • Assist with the upkeep and revisions to the AGEISS Employee Portal and Career Center.
  • Oversight of the HR Department and supervision of department employees.
  • Some travel may be required.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, or related field is preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR or other professional HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years prior, progressive experience leading office administration teams.
  • Working knowledge of SCA regulations.
  • Working knowledge of DoD contract requirements.
  • Working knowledge of Federal, state, and/or local regulations and statutes.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a current Top Secret security clearance is required.
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ADP and Unanet.
