About the Role
The Pre-Sales Tech Support Rep. provides technical support and expertise in pre-sales activities to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. They foster partnerships with sales teams, understand customer needs, and deliver customized technical solutions.
 

Responsibilities:
 

•    Conducting thorough discovery and analysis to understand a prospects unmet needs
•    Providing high-level presentations and/or demonstrations focused on highlighting the ability to meet prospects needs using LexisNexis solutions. 
•    Aligning Nexis Solutions capability with prospects needs for optimal/creative solutions
•    Navigating the complexities of the solution offering and collaborate with sales representatives in building proposed solution and deal pricing
•    Utilizing your role of subject matter expert to keep customers informed of the latest trends and topics and how LexisNexis can aid the customer in optimizing their investments, including presenting, and supporting market events such as tradeshows and seminars.
•    Collaborating with internal Product and Engineering teams to influence product innovation
•    Direct Go-to-market planning activities related to the expansion of Media Intelligence solution set. 


Requirements:


•    Experience with Media Intelligence with SaaS or data solutions
•    Possess a Bachelor degree related to Information, Information Technology, or another related fields
•    Demonstrate experience in a customer/client-facing position 
•    Possess solid presentation skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills
•    Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, great attention to detail, and a record of working independently, demonstrating decision-making abilities
