We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to work in a fast-paced environment, analyzing data to identify opportunities of marketing and revenue growth while working with cross-functional teams to implement and track effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

 

The Senior Marketing Analyst will collaborate with executive staff to design analytical dashboard solutions, manage data management applications, analyze campaign results and assess and recommend emerging social and digital media trends. The senior marketing analyst will also manage the processes and people responsible for accurate digital data collection, prepare PowerPoint presentations, translate business questions into meaningful analytics for stakeholders, creating ad-hoc insights, AB test analyses, lift tests, reporting & visualization. Additionally, this individual will utilize various databases and querying/programming languages to access, manipulate and present the data and recommended growth marketing strategies. 

 

The senior analyst should be analytical, deliberate, strategic, collaborative and determined. This individual should have a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets, the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities and excellent communications skills to present growth strategy opportunities to executive leaders.   

 

Qualifications:

 

Marketing Data Analysis & Growth Strategy Recommendations

Conducts advanced data analysis, provides regular updates on trends and develops growth strategies to ultimately help achieve business, marketing and revenue objectives.  

  • Assists MarComm Leaders set clear and consistent objectives and KPIs.
  • Consistently monitors data, evaluates, and provides insights to business and/or campaign leaders.
  • Performs statistical analysis and presents analysis findings to executive leadership, sponsors, and/or internal clients.
  • Writes summary reports that interpret findings using interactive/dynamic dashboards created with tools like Tableau, Lookr and Sprinklr.
  • Serves as SME for current and advanced analytics and presents novel research opportunities based on gaps in achieving targets.
  • Decides and implements goals and methods for acquisition and retention of customers and stakeholders, including setting standards for ideas, development, execution and optimization of marketing campaigns.
  • Creates data driven business development strategies by applying analyses and communicates results to convey insights into existing or potential strategies.

Data Reporting, Analytics & Customer Segmentation

Serves as player/coach establishing standardized reporting analytics processes and dashboards.

  • Monitors data quality, data migrations and data integration to ensure the association’s database is segmented effectively for marketing activities.
  • Analyzes data using statistical methods such as logistic and linear regression; Customer Segmentation, GEE or random effects models for longitudinal or multilevel analysis, latent class group-based analyses, and analysis of “missing data.”
  • Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and collaborates with stakeholders on custom CRM analyses.
  • Acquires data from sources using Alteryx, Python, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Generates reports using forecasting techniques, simulations modeling and predictive analytics.
  • Establishes and manages Tableau dashboards and analytic workflow projects such as Google Analytics, email journeys, scoring models, digital activity reports, channels summaries, etc.
  • Drives execution via marketing automation tools that leverage customer database and relationships.
  • Develops and manages data dictionaries and documentation of data reporting standards.
  • Assists in managing studies conducted internally and externally to evaluate the association’s brand relevancy and media campaigns.

Customer Data Collection & Segmentation Strategies

Collects and analyzes customer data to ensure the quality of Association

 data is well aligned with marketing programs. Manages the customer segmentation strategy to support campaign testing and analysis.

  • Analyzes customer touch point and maximizes opportunities for engagement by formulating recommendations that are grounded in Customer Experience (CX) with respect to the association’s brands and programs.
  • Identifies target audiences by collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to acquire their insights with respect to improved message targeting and generate buy-in for targeting decisions.
