DSI Systems Inc., an Authorized AT&T Distributor Partner, has an immediate career opportunity for a motivated individual to fill one of our key roles as a Tech Recruiter Dispatch Specialist.
General Purpose of Position
The Field Operations Department is responsible for providing support and assistance to the Partners and managing delegated projects to cultivate client and technician office relationships. The position is responsible for recruiting experienced, third-party contractors that meet the client’s needs and requirements.
Director of Operations Expectations
Successful performance in this position is critical to the positive image, comprehensive success, and efficiency of the department. The Field Operations Technician Recruiter must communicate clearly and accurately through verbal, written, and telephone communication to convey information in an affable and concise manner. In addition, the Field Operations Technician Recruiter must be able to work independently, be organized, and stay abreast of the needs of clients, the company, the compliance department, and the technician offices in a fast-paced environment. The Field Operations Technician Recruiter is expected to learn and perform their job duties in compliance with company policies and department processes.
This is a full-time REMOTE opportunity
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday 9am- 5:30 pm CST

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Requirements
- Use prospecting tools and resources to source and screen potential contractors for the DSI installation program
- Coordinate interview and screening calls
- Achieves contractor onboarding objectives by recruiting and evaluating prospects/candidates for the installation program
- Onboard the cleared tech offices fully to include an overview and extensive details of the programs
- Ensure all systems are updated with contractor(s) information
- Cold calls in areas of urgent need
- Continual follow-up with prospects to ensure paperwork is completed in a timely fashion
- Building the brand
- Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
- Use a multi-channel approach to recruit
- Evaluate which sources bring the best candidates
- Adhere to laws, rules and regulations
- Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
- Prepare a report every week for the tasks completed or in progress
- Perform duties to assist with hitting monthly goals
- Effectively use problem-solving skills to assist in escalation resolution
- Keep all systems updated with accurate information regarding orders, tech assignments, and compensation (Sara, Web Tracker, Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Communicate effectively and promptly, to other departments requiring information regarding order status
- Continual communication with technician offices to ensure timelines are met
- Ensure technicians are following client compliance guidelines

- Preparing, maintaining, and reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested
- Knowledge of local and regional geographical areas or how to use Google maps
Education and/ or experience
- Minimum 1-year experience in recruiting and or satellite installations
- Experience or knowledge of recruiting installers, satellite installations, and tech offices across the US
Language
- English or bilingual (Spanish)
Physical Demand
- The position requires long-term sitting, constant talking and listening, wearing of a headset, typing, and constant looking into computer monitors
- Physical demands requirements are essential job functions due to position responsibilities that require administrative office functions while sedentary at a desk, utilizing a desktop computer
Computer Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; primarily Excel and PP
- Knowledge and ability to use Sara, Web Tracker, Zendesk, Five 9, Trello, and Sales Force; we are willing to train the right candidate
