Area Sales Manager

Field Based- South region

36.5 hrs Monday – Friday

Add to that our new Weatherboard range, the ideal fibre cement cladding system which means we are now expanding our Sales Team and looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager for the Southern Region to drive and generate sales for our Weatherboard range.

So, what’s the mission?

As an Area Sales Manager, your mission is simple: to drive new business and generate demand for our weatherboard product within your designated region (from Milton Keynes across and below). We are looking for someone who thrives on identifying and driving new business, building strong customer relationships from the ground up and hitting sales targets.

 

  • As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Growing our customer base for our Weatherboard product
  • Managing customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional service
  • Planning customer calls and journeys to maximize your time in the field.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to introduce and promote new products.
  • Representing the company at key industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Delivering professional presentations to showcase our products and services.
  • Supporting the induction and training of new starters as required.
  • Full product training is provided, so while you don’t need to be an expert in weatherboard products, we are looking for someone with the motivation, drive, and sales experience to succeed.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Strong ability to generate demand and build customer relationships.
  • Self-motivation with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong presentation skills for delivering pitches to clients.
  • Ability to manage time and plan journeys effectively for maximum productivity.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to offer innovative solutions to customer needs.
  • Experience managing customer pricing and quotations.
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.
