Technical Support Specialist


***This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria with hybrid working options. Applicants must have a work/residence permit for the respective location.***


Main Responsibilities


Responsible for providing first/second level support to all Chaos customers. Works closely with the 3d support and development teams. 


  • Offer technical support to clients and give feedback to our development teams

  • Provide testing support of our new releases

  • Offer detailed installation help and render farm setup for clients in need

  • Provide forum support for licensing/installation issues
