We are looking 🔎 for some amazing Graphic Designers 🧑🏼‍🎨 to join our team and work with one of our US-based partners. 🇺🇸

HKR was remote before it was even cool! 😎

Remote is allowed, encouraged, and the norm. Now, and forever. There’s only one catch, and it comes from this guy: “Whatever you are, be a good one” - Abraham Lincoln.

...but you can always drop by our locations in Bucharest and Cluj if you’re around.

What you'll be doing?

🎨 You will put your creative spirit to great use, developing designs for paid and organic channels across social, CRM, growth marketing, email, and websites

🎨 You will work cross-functionally with growth marketing stakeholders to ensure the creative is aligned with the business goals

🎨 You will work within brand and style guidelines, deliver novel visual solutions that support larger campaign and channel goals

🎨 You will create specialized assets for use on social media, in creative tests, or wherever necessary

🎨 You will collaborate with brand, integrated marketing, growth and creative peers to optimize designs for business performance

🎨 You will communicate and present design ideas clearly and concisely with a desire for feedback and input from others at key project milestones

🎨 You will leverage channel best practices, data and performance insights to deliver effective visual approaches and assets

About you

⭐️ You come with at least 3 years of experience in graphic design

⭐️ You have excellent communication skills, especially in English - we are looking for at least a C1 proficiency, both written and spoken

⭐️ You have a foundational understanding of design and typography principles, layout and best practices across digital, UI/UX, print, and a desire to continually strengthen that understanding

⭐️ You come with a comprehensive knowledge of design softwares, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma

⭐️ You have a portfolio of successful design works that you can share with us

⭐️ You have the ability to work under tight deadlines with high quality output and attention to detail

⭐️ Having a bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation skills and/or HTML knowledge will definitely make you stand out
