Job description

Position Summary: CoreSphere, LLC is hiring a Salesforce Technical Recruiter to assist with the recruitment of a superior workforce in the Information Technology Industry within the government contracting arena. As an IT Recruiter you will contribute to the accomplishments of the Human Resources & Mission Support Office practices and objectives to support an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, and customer service. This position is responsible for supporting all facets of recruiting across the organization including proposal efforts. The Recruiter assists with the daily recruitment activities in the areas of planning, sourcing, assessment/selection and interviewing. This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish positive working relationships with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies per their business needs.
  • Responsible for executing hiring plans while supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager and Managers/Business Leaders to efficiently fill vacancies, utilizing best practices in full life-cycle recruitment.
  • Creates and manages talent pipelines specific to industry/agency/function to acquire the best talent.
  • Understands and has a demonstrable network of Salesforce Business and IT professionals. 
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Provide expertise on the employment market, trends, and innovative recruiting techniques to ensure competitiveness in hiring.
  • Creatively source through web, referrals, organizations, social networks, career events, etc. to generate qualified candidates.
  • Preparing status reports and attending staffing meetings, as required on a weekly basis
  • Updating and maintaining applicant tracking system.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in IT industry including Salesforce professionals. 
  • Ability to adjust and respond to changing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
  • Ability to provide accurate and efficient service under the pressure of constant deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to keep up with market data and trends that impact recruiting efforts. 
  • Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing tasks, and resolving problems.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system

Education:  Bachelor's Degree
