Job description

This is a remote position.

As the Delivery Head for SaaSify, you will oversee the successful delivery of SaaSify's solutions to enterprise ISV clients in the U.S. market, focusing on SaaS products integrated into cloud marketplaces like AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. This role requires leading a team of Partner Success Managers, ensuring timely execution of projects and Proof of Concepts (POCs), and working closely with internal stakeholders such as sales, engineering, and client success teams. You will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end customer delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving continuous improvements in delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Delivery Ownership: Manage the complete delivery lifecycle of SaaSify projects for enterprise ISV clients, ensuring high-quality, timely, and budget-adherent project execution.
  • Proof of Concept (POC) Execution: Oversee and guide the execution of POCs for potential and existing customers to demonstrate the efficacy and value of SaaSify’s offerings.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Partner Success Managers responsible for client delivery. Ensure that team members have the necessary tools and training to succeed and that they are meeting client expectations.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and that the delivery aligns with sales promises. Work with engineering to ensure product customizations or integrations are addressed smoothly.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the senior point of contact for enterprise ISVs, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring alignment between client needs and SaaSify’s offerings.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement and refine best practices for delivery, driving operational efficiencies, and standardizing processes for onboarding, go-live, and ongoing support across various cloud marketplaces.
  • Reporting and Insights: Ensure advanced reporting and analytics on customer delivery status, risks, and opportunities, providing key stakeholders with actionable insights to drive growth.
  • Sales and Engineering Coordination: Collaborate with sales to ensure that customer feedback from delivery is incorporated into sales pitches and future product iterations. Liaise with engineering for technical support and escalations during complex implementations.
  • SaaS and Cloud Marketplace Expertise: Leverage deep understanding of SaaS models and cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to assist clients in maximizing the value they receive from SaaSify’s platform.


Requirements


  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in SaaS delivery, preferably within cloud marketplaces/ecosystem. Experience working with enterprise clients, especially ISVs, is a plus.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading teams, particularly in delivery and customer success roles.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), cloud-native solutions, and SaaS architecture.
  • Client Management: Exceptional communication skills with experience in managing large enterprise customers in the U.S.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to quickly resolve conflicts, remove roadblocks, and handle escalations with finesse.
  • Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery.
