We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our Software Implementation team to help us welcome and onboard new clients

Summary of Role & Responsibilities
Are you highly detail-oriented and known for not missing an email or a deadline? Do you love learning new technology and teaching clients how to use it? Are you a strong communicator and collaborator, adept at managing multiple stakeholders? If so, this role may be a strong fit for you.
The Project Manager plays a critical role in software implementations and is responsible for:
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans for each software implementation project
     
  • Monitoring and updating internal project management hubs (ex: Jira & Basecamp)
     
  • Communicating with clients about project expectations, timelines, and upcoming deliverables
     
  • Learning the Vision CAMA solution and teaching it to clients during onsite & remote training sessions
     
  • Capturing detailed conversion feedback from clients and translating it for Business Analysts who will be completing the associated conversion work
     
  • Driving project process improvements to enhance speed and quality
  • Tracking project milestones and deliverables until successfully complete 
An excellent candidate in this role:
  • Has deep prior experience as a Project Manager, ideally managing large, complex projects such as ERP, Payroll, or Financial software implementations
  • Is comfortable learning & teaching new software products
  • Is highly detail-oriented
  • Is proactive in managing agendas, updating stakeholders and documenting action items
  • Is comfortable operating within an Agile process
  • Generates strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Has a Bachelor’s degree
  • Is interested in learning about Property Appraisal and the Vision software solutions in order to better understand client needs, conduct successful trainings, and interact with Data Architects and Engineers

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: Remote with occasional (approximately 20%) travel. Focus geography is primarily Pennsylvania, with the possibility for other states in the future.
