Position Overview

RecruitGo is in search of an Operations Manager | Virtual Assistant who will be working with our client based in Florida. Our client is a Handyman Service Industry.

Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who has proficiency in Google, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and MS Office products, and have knowledge of the SCRUM method for prioritization systems.

Responsibilities

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. This role involves inputting orders from clients, aiding clients with support requests directing them where to be helped, organizing systems, making suggestions for improving systems, and controlling the activities of the department to ensure efficient and effective operations. The Operations Manager will work closely with founders to achieve company goals and objectives.

· Develop and implement operational strategies and plans that align with the overall business objectives.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.

· Implement quality control measures to ensure services meet high standards.

· Lead operational teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

· Foster Five Star Google teamwork and collaboration among team members.

· Resolve client and alliance conflicts and address issues promptly.

· Ensure customer satisfaction with confirmed Google Review.

· Manage relationships with suppliers and partners.

Job Description:

· Professionally answer phone calls, and monitor social accounts for all clients.

· Outline itemized list requests for services from new and existing clients.

· Proficiently input quotes, and jobs, and assign tasks to other team members to follow through.

· Schedule onsite quotes with founders, and alliance partners.

· Assist alliance partners as needed for projects.

· Resource supplies and materials for jobs.

· Organize with proficiency and manage outflow of email, and social media, confirm scheduling with operational plan.

· Monitor KPI for campaigns and report to founders.

· Ensure timing of throughput is maintained for quotes, jobs, and billing.

· Confirm client Google Five Star Review for completed orders.

· Post daily announcements to social accounts, and ad platforms.

· Monitor social media for client interaction.

· Proofreading content and ads.

Qualifications

Must Have:

· At least 3-5 years of experience

· Proficiency in Google, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and MS Office products

· CRM tools: Jobber or Housecall Pro or similar

· Knowledge of the SCRUM method for prioritization systems

· Zoom, Dialpad, or similar

· Creative tools like Canva, and image editing tools

● Salary Range: PHP 40,000 – PHP 50,000

● Work Schedule: Flexitime fromMonday through Sunday (40 hours per week)
