About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an execution consultant passionate about large scale program execution instrumentation and metrics for the Digital Infrastructure Strategy Program (DISP).

Digital Infrastructure Strategy Program (DISP) is a multi-year technology transformation program run by an internal Program Management Office. It comprises a broad matrix of leaders, partner groups, functions, and vendors that work together to execute on our Cloud and Digital Infrastructure Strategies. The transformation includes the building of new datacenters and public cloud environments, exiting all existing datacenters, and the migration of all apps to new datacenters or public cloud. DISP PMO is the group charged with governing the executing of the Digital Infrastructure Strategy Program, in partnership with broad matrix of leaders, partner groups, functions, and vendors.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead cross functional team to strategize, plan, and execute an instrumentation strategy for the Digital Infrastructure Strategy Program (DISP)
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of program execution through detailed metrics creation, tracking, and reporting
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Digital Infrastructure Strategy Program (DISP) and team leaders to drive strategic execution


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years with metrics development, collection, and reporting across a broad array of process  


Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience leading significant change in a large, complex technology organization of over 20k employees
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud migrations and/or datacenter moves
  • Proven ability to effectively design, build, and run large scale program execution metrics and related monitoring & reporting routines
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate complex problems, in writing and verbally, at the executive level
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to develop effective long-term solutions to complex problems
  • Proven ability to solve highly complex business problems / blockers across a matrixed organization
  • Proven ability to lead through influence in a large matrixed organization
  • Experience in designing and executing governance programs of large-scale change initiatives
  • Highly organized, self-starter who can operate effectively in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and MS Office suite
  • Cloud Certifications of Microsoft AZ-900 or Google Cloud Practitioner (GCP)


Job Expectations:

  • Expected to be in office three days a week
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • 100% remote work option is not available

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
