About the Sales Development Representative - PagerDuty: 

Do you have experience in sales or sales pipeline development? Are you passionate about people, developing relationships, and wanting to launch a new career? MarketStar is now accepting applications for Sales Development Representatives to support our PagerDuty team. 

 

Location: Utah - Remote

 

What Will You Need to Succeed? 

  • Generate leads that fit within our ideal client personas 

  •  Find and speak with decision makers via email and phone 

  • Nurture leads that are in the sales and marketing funnel in a way that warms them up and qualifies them for a sales call 

  •  Use a customer relationship management tool to track and score leads within the pipeline 

  •  Work with the rest of the sales team to create an environment of teamwork and meeting goals 

  •  Set up qualified appointments for Inside Sales Representatives 

  • Own sales targets, generating and driving sales to achieve and exceed sales quota 

  •  Maintain effective communication with manager 

  • Adapt and make changes quickly 

 
Skills & Qualifications:  

  • 1 or more years sales, account management or pipeline development experience preferred 

  •  2 or more years IT or services sales preferred 

  • Ability to achieve success working in a quota driven, high demand sales environment  

  • Ability to adapt quickly to different technology, tools, and processes 

  •  Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written 

  •  Ability to learn quickly and maintain current comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services
