Your missions

Introduction

Are you a cosmetics enthusiast? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic and open environment where we can all make a difference?
COCUNAT is looking for a talented and proactive Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join the R&D team in Barcelona.

Your responsibilities

Prepare documentation, maintain PIFs, and other technical dossiers for product registration in European markets.
CPNP and SCPN notification
Application of current regulations and standards in all markets (EU and outside the EU) for raw materials/ingredients and finished products.
Collect internal (product development) and external (supplier) documentation and manage documentation (classification and digital filing).
Support the quality department â manage incidents, review CoAs.
Review and adapt legal texts for labeling and promotional materials.
INCIâs Review
Prepare technical and safetyÂ data sheets.
Management of legal procedures with official health organizations such as AEMPS, GENCAT, etc.
Provide back-office support to the R&D department (preparing samples and shipments for safety and efficacy studies).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, Packaging, Quality, and Production.

Your profile

Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmacy.
Masterâs in Cosmetology and Dermocosmetics.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in the cosmetics industry.
Knowledge of EU, USA, and Mexico regulations. Familiarity with China is a plus.
Experience interacting with research and marketing teams to provide regulatory support and defend risk analyses.
Ability to work with precision and reliability.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, organized and systematic.
Native Spanish speaker, high proficiency in English.
