Introduction

Are you a cosmetics enthusiast? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic and open environment where we can all make a difference? COCUNAT is looking for a talented and proactive Senior R&D Specialist to join the R&D team in Barcelona.

Your responsibilities

Lead and participate in the development and formulation of new products, from conceptualization to market launch.Â R&D and project development.
Coordinate and manage product development with manufacturers and suppliers.
Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing and customer service.
Stability and compatibility test control
Monitor and address issues with products already in the market.
Research new ingredients. Contact suppliers. Attend trade shows, courses, and seminars.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Packaging, Quality, and Production.
Support training activities.

Your profile

Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmacy.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in the cosmetics industry.
Master's in Cosmetology and Dermocosmetics
Solid knowledge in product development and cosmetic formulation.
Experience interacting with production, quality, and customer service teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and engage with different stakeholders inside and outside the company. Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
