Job Description:

You’ll harness the power of advanced CRM systems and specialized software to create comprehensive property reports that guide clients through their real estate journey. This position offers a unique blend of data analysis, market research, and client interaction, all from the comfort of your home office. You’ll be at the heart of the action, making informed decisions that directly impact our clients’ property investments.



Job Highlights:

• 20 hours per week
• Permanent work from home
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 11am and 3pm to 5pm Brisbane, Australia time
• Client Timezone: AU


Responsibilities:

• Master our state-of-the-art CRM system to manage and organize client data efficiently
• Utilize specialized real estate software to generate in-depth property reports
• Conduct thorough analysis of properties within specific boundaries for accurate comparisons
• Exercise judgment in selecting comparative properties for client reports
• Craft and deliver concise, informative property updates via text message to clients
• Handle high-volume data entry with precision and attention to detail
• Adapt to fluctuating workloads, potentially transitioning from full-time to part-time as needed
• Contribute to lead generation efforts, fueling the company’s growth in the property market
