Job Description

Become the linchpin of a dynamic pest control operation. You’ll manage customer interactions, streamline scheduling, and handle basic financial tasks. Using cutting-edge software, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations and support the company’s growth initiatives. This role offers a unique blend of customer service, administration, and business support, with opportunities to expand your responsibilities as the company grows.

Responsibilities
  • Answer calls and emails, providing top-notch customer service
  • Manage appointment scheduling for pest control services
  • Coordinate between customers and field technicians
  • Process payments and handle basic accounts receivable tasks
  • Utilize Field Routes by Titan software for customer and schedule management
  • Assist with sales inquiries and provide standard service quotes
  • Support business owner with various administrative tasks
  • Adapt to seasonal business fluctuations, especially during peak months (March-September)
Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency with customer management software, Field Routes by Titan experience a plus
  • Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills
  • Basic understanding of accounts receivable processes
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Customer-focused mindset with professional demeanor
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information securely
  • Ability to represent a local, small business feel to customers
  • Flexibility to potentially transition from part-time to full-time after initial training period
