Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time (UTC-04:00)

Job Description

As an Offshore Appointment Booking Agent, you’ll be the vital link between customers and essential HVAC services. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the HVAC industry while working remotely for a Canadian-based company. You’ll manage customer interactions, schedule critical safety service calls, and coordinate technician appointments. Your excellent communication skills and data management abilities will be key in ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Utilize cold call scripts to book safety service calls, connecting customers with vital HVAC services
  • Manage and update the company’s appointment calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling for technicians
  • Handle customer inquiries related to various HVAC services, including furnace, A/C, water tank, and water filtration systems
  • Prioritize and manage emergency service calls, ensuring prompt attention to urgent customer needs
  • Collect and maintain accurate customer data for appointment booking and service tracking
  • Collaborate with the internal team to optimize scheduling and enhance overall customer service
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and appointments


Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in data management and analysis
  • Proven experience in cold calling and adherence to call scripts
  • Excellent scheduling and calendar management skills
  • Outstanding communication abilities in English, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills for independent remote work
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and CRM systems
  • Basic understanding of HVAC services (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) on a set schedule
  • Comfortable working remotely while focusing on the Greater Toronto Area market
