The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services:

What You Will Do

ServiceNow Incident Management Product Strategy:

  • Define the vision and strategy for the ServiceNow Incident management product in partnership with Digital Technologies stakeholders.

  • Maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Change Management:

  • Create and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the evolution of the program.

  • Partner with key stakeholder groups to develop training programs and materials to support end-user adoption and proficiency.

Project and Enhancement Management:

  • Manage the project and enhancement backlog, prioritizing based on business needs.

  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure optimal design and delivery of solutions.

System Configuration and Implementation:

  • Lead system configuration projects, including discovery meetings, user story creation, workflow diagrams, requirement gathering, and documentation.

  • Oversee configurations, prototype review sessions, testing, deployment, and training.

  • Provide recommendations on post-launch support models.

Business Analysis:

  • Act as a Business Analyst to translate business requirements into system requirements.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Effectively communicate with team members, partners, senior management, and other stakeholders.

  • Provide routine status reports to identified partners.

Release Management:

  • Support release management activities, including reviewing release summaries and readiness documents from solution vendors.

  • Identify enhancement solutions and impacts on downstream systems.

ServiceNow Upgrades:

  • Support ServiceNow upgrades, review pending updates, and lead testing for system upgrades.

Qualifications You Must Have 

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in product management or technology configurations.

  • Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including incident management, knowledge base management.

  • Demonstrated experience with ITIL processes, preferably with DT operations/shared services.

  • Education with a concentration in information technology, or a related discipline required.

  • Excellent communication skills using various methods.

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
