We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Provider Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team to help us identify, engage and acquire top healthcare talent.

Position: 

As a Sr. Provider Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified providers to meet the needs of our practices. You will leverage your expertise in recruitment strategies, candidate engagement, and relationship building to enhance our provider workforce. This position requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for connecting talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities. 

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified physicians. 
  • Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, universities and professional associations. 
  • Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through contract negotiation and onboarding. 
  • Interview and Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates’ qualifications and alignment with organizational culture. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. 
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with provider candidates, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and physician recruitment best practices to enhance recruitment effectiveness.  
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess and improve recruitment strategies. 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in physician recruitment, preferably in a healthcare setting. 
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting physician providers across various specialties. 
  • Strong understanding of medical licensing, credentialing processes, and healthcare regulations. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (iCIMS) and recruitment software. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
