Job description

Position Overview

RecruitGo is in search of a Junior Recruiter to join our team. We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. If you're passionate about recruitment and looking to develop your skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!


Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding
  • Source and attract candidates using various job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments of candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers on candidate progress
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship-building
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (preferred, but not required).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Previous internship or experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required.
