Your missions

Our client is an innovative company at the forefront of the design and construction industry, delivering cutting-edge projects with a strong focus on quality and detail. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist who is execution-focused and passionate about identifying and driving digital marketing opportunities.

Location:

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Google Analytics to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and website traffic.

  • Track Google Ads performance on HubSpot to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts through the CRM.

  • Work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of marketing tasks.

  • Handle basic social media tasks, posting authority-building content to enhance brand visibility (secondary focus).

  • Set up lead magnet forms and manage email automation through HubSpot for lead nurturing and conversion. (Note: Lack of HubSpot experience isn't a dealbreaker, provided you're a fast learner.)

What Success Looks Like:

  • Data-Driven Campaigns: Successful execution of digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

  • Lead Generation: Effective setup and management of lead forms and email automation to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.

  • Campaign Optimization: Continuous improvement of campaigns through performance tracking in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a general understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and HubSpot (or similar CRM).

  • Strategic Focus: Ability to develop and implement inbound marketing and paid advertising strategies to generate high-ticket sales leads.

  • Self-Sufficient: Comfortable working autonomously with minimal micromanagement and eager to take initiative.

  • Growth-Oriented: Strong desire to develop into a well-rounded marketer and grow into a leadership role.

  • Communication: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Industry Interest: Passion for the design and construction industry is a plus but not required.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with Google Ads.
