Sales Representative - Property Owner Outreach

Remote: USA client

Job Type: Full-time (3pm-11am) & (4am-12am)


We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Representative with a proven background in cold calling and appointment setting. The ideal candidate will reach out to property owners from provided lists, engaging them over the phone to build relationships and set appointments. This role requires excellent phone communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to property owners using provided contact lists.
  • Engage property owners to build rapport and introduce company services.
  • Set appointments for follow-up meetings or consultations with the sales team.
  • Track and manage call progress and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a professional and persuasive phone presence.
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and appointments set.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine call strategies and improve success rates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting, preferably in real estate or related industries.
  • Strong communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and tracking performance.
  • Full-time availability from Monday to Thursday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and a shorter workday on Fridays.
  • Must have own laptop
  • Stable Wi-Fi
  • Stability in previous experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in property management, real estate, or sales.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
