Role Description

Lux Research is seeking an experienced and innovative Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy and execution. If you're passionate about storytelling and excel at creating content that resonates with diverse audiences across multiple platforms, this role offers the perfect opportunity to drive impactful marketing initiatives. You will be the key driver behind crafting content that distills complex ideas into engaging narratives, supporting brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

· Create Full-Funnel Content: Deliver engaging, targeted content to key audience segments at every stage of the buyer journey, from awareness to action to advocacy. 

· Own Multi-Channel Messaging: Take ownership of multi-channel content, including e-books, social media, blogs, client stories, infographics, emails, and website copy. 

· Distill Complexity: Thoughtfully transform complex, deep topics into compelling stories and scroll-stopping copy. 

· Drive Campaign Success: Strategize content for targeted campaigns, helping us hit marketing goals with your expert copy. 

· Optimize Content: Proactively suggest and create content based on trending SEO keywords, timely world events, and industry trends. 

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design and external agencies to format compelling content and ensure seamless execution. 

· Collaborate with Research Teams: Review research outputs, retrofit trending pieces for public facing content, and plan content aligned with client priorities. 

· Operationalize in HubSpot & WordPress: Draft and manage forms, MQL conversion workflows, email blasts, social media content, and landing pages. 

  

Minimum Qualifications:

· Experience: 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, with a strong background in multi-channel content creation, copywriting, and leading content strategy initiatives.

· Creative Thinker: Innovative, with a passion for storytelling and the ability to brainstorm and execute content that engages audiences across multiple formats (blogs, social media, e-books, etc.).

· Strategic Planning: Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive content strategies that align with overall marketing and business goals, with an emphasis on audience targeting, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.

· Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly to meet and exceed KPIs (e.g., engagement, traffic, lead generation).

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at working with leadership, research, sales, design, product, and marketing teams to align content initiatives with broader business objectives.

· Project Management: Strong project management skills, ensuring that content is delivered on time and meets quality standards, while balancing multiple projects and deadlines.

· Tech-Savvy: Experience with optimizing social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn), content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, marketing automation platforms like Hubspot. Working knowledge of other tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Canva is a plus.


Desired Qualifications

  • Design Oversight: A strong sense of creative      design and contribution to visual content, bringing your ideas to life      through basic design execution, using tools like Canva, and collaborating      with design teams to ensure visual and written content are cohesive and      brand-aligned.
  • SEO Experience: In-depth knowledge of SEO best      practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines,      including the development of a keyword strategy and tracking SERP      rankings.
  • Science or Tech Enthusiast: A passion for or background in      science, technology, or environmental studies is a strong plus, especially      for industries where these themes play a central role.
