Job Overview

Under the direction of the Director, Case Management, this position is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the outpatient case management department. This position works closely with the Director, Medical Director and Senior Management to evaluate and monitor care coordination and social services activities. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans which will have a direct impact on cost containment and improved patient outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

1. Currently licensed as an RN and registered to practice in the State of California with the State Board of Nursing (RN).

2. A minimum of five years’ experience in managed care at the hospital or insurance industry level.

3. Experience in Social Services.

4. At least 1+ year in a supervisory capacity or its equivalent preferred or Master’s degree preferred.

5. Current degree in Social Work

6. Knowledge of State and Federal regulations also required.

Compensation

$92,255.86 - $115,319.83 annually
