Description

Chargeflow is an early-stage startup, founded by experts in the fintech and eCommerce industries, and funded by fintech leaders.

We're developing a unique technology solution that tackles the biggest threat faced by online businesses, fraud, which often results in significant revenue and profit loss from chargebacks.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new B2B clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on selling our chargeback automation solution through sales-led strategies, in the eCommerce field, focusing U.S market.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the eCommerce industry to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our payment solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team.



Requirements

  • A minimum of 3+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the payments or eCommerce industry- Must.
  • NYC / NJ Area
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a native level, with the ability to effectively present complex solutions to clients.
  • Proficiency in using sales and outreach tools like Hubspot, Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Apollo for prospecting, lead generation and sales pipeline management.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the payments and eCommerce industries, including an understanding of industry trends, challenges, and key players.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
