Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field required, Child Welfare Employee License (CWEL) and relevant certifications required or to be obtained within 90 days, Preferred experience providing collaborative, strength-based services, Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required, Ability to attend in-person meetings required.
Key responsabilities:
- Work collaboratively to ensure child safety and support families
- Provide comprehensive, trauma-informed case management services
- Engage with biological families to strengthen parenting skills
- Monitor family progress towards reunification goals
- Provide testimony in Juvenile Court regarding children's best interests
