THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Creative Manager to join the company’s growth efforts in expanding one of its core business activities. As a Creative Manager, you will be in charge of planning the company’s creative strategy, developing new creative concepts, building a team of video creators, and creating ads by using AI technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop creative concepts and craft engaging video ad briefs
  • Manage end-to-end UGC productions from finding creators through the execution
  • Explore and implement new AI tools for creating video ads on a scale
  • Review creative performance outcomes to improve and optimize results
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams: Creative Studio, UA, ASO and Data 
  • Research and analyze industry trends

Requirements

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • +4 years of experience in a performance creative role
  • +2 years of proven experience leading creative projects
  • Proficiency in creative AI tools and technologies
  • Live and breathe social trends
  • Native or highly proficient in English (verbal and written)
  • Experience in the mobile apps industry - an advantage


HOW DO WE WORK?

We are a distributed team of more than 120 people, all working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our team for 4 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best). We value open communication, proactivity, and work/life balance and we measure our freelancers on performance, rather than on the time spent on the job.
