Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Finance Analyst and/or Accounting and Finance, MUST HAVE knowledge of GAAP and/or prior Legal industry accounting experience preferred, 2+ years technical, financial, accounting and/or customer service experience, Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and relational database concepts is a plus, Experience as a technical support engineer or application support analyst for SaaS is preferred.
Key responsabilities:
- Assist customers to effectively use Elite 3E software
- Pull service request tickets and document challenges appropriately
- Isolate causes of issues and provide restorative actions
- Communicate complex business processes to resolve customer issues
- Acquire new skills related to software products and effectively troubleshoot
