What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role supporting ALM tools.
    • Experience in tool integration, workflow customization, and automation.
    • Solid understanding of SQL, VB scripting, and Micro Focus QC/ALM OTA API and related Tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with tool roll-out, training, and user support.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Administer ALM Tools: Manage licenses, create users, set up new projects, and customize ALM tools based on project needs.
  • Project Support: Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy tools, configure workflows, and provide tool usage training.
  • User Troubleshooting: Be the first point of contact for tool-related issues, offering prompt solutions and resolving technical problems.
  • Tool Customization & Automation: Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks, customize dashboards, and integrate tools with third-party systems.
  • System Monitoring & Maintenance: Oversee tool upgrades and patch implementations and ensure the stability of shared tool services.
