Job description

As a Human Resource Intern at Omni Channel Solutions, you will be exposed to different facets of Human Resources recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relations. As this would serve as your training ground, you are to provide quality compliance and administrative support to the HR team of the company.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • This job operates in an office environment which routinely uses standard office equipment
  • The employee Is required to stand, walk, bend, uses hand to handle, or feel objects, or tools, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear for extended periods of time
  • Ability to read, analyze, write and interpret raw data to formulize actionable insights.

DAILY TASKS

  • Post and monitor job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
  • Organize interview schedules with shortlisted candidates.
  • Collect pre-employment requirements and 201 filing.
  • Monitor and validate submitted payroll disputes.
  • Conducts surveys, interviews, and other research related to human resource policies, compensation, and other labor related information.
  • Coordinate new hires Day 0 Orientation.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Conduct evaluation survey and for every training held.
  • Conduct survey to assess what training and development program that is needed by the employees.
  • Request of training posters and invites.
  • Prepare and send performance evaluation reminders for employees and their leads.
  • Assist in planning and execution of company events.
  • Assist in HR day-to-day tasks and in other administrative tasks that can be assigned.
  • Aside from the tasks assigned, the intern will be trained on how to do company memos and payroll.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, and other related courses.
  2. Currently enrolled in college internship program with minimum of 300 hours.
  3. Proficient in different Microsoft Office tools.
  4. Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  5. Excellent organizational and planning skills
  6. Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
  7. Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment.
